Another start to another busy week. With the move in season still happening around the country and students starting school everyday, our Support Team is busy making sure they are available to respond to all resident needs.
Remember there is more than one way for your residents to contact the Support Team and create a Ticket for their specific issue. They can do one of the following…
1. Call our Help Desk at 1-800-379-3729. This is the best way to speak to someone right away about whatever issue they may be presenting. Someone is guaranteed to answer the phone in 3 minutes or less.
2. Email our Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org . They will then email the resident back to answer their question or call if a number is given.
Once a resident has contacted Korcett Support they can then follow up on the progress of their ticket by going to http://korcett.zendesk.com and entering their Ticket Number.
And, as always, you (in property management) can always reach out to your Account Manager with any questions or concerns about a certain resident or Ticket. We are always here to help!
